Custom Wigs - How To Order

Step 1:Select Custom Unit from the "Shop" page, add it to your cart, and in the seller notes please add the best method to contact you as well as your measurements if you have them already.

Please Note: Wig construction is the cost to construct a wig ONLY.  Please add  your desired Her Mood Extensions to your cart. ​ I do not make wigs using extensions from other companies. 

Step 2: You will be contacted via your preferred method, and consultation will be provided to create your custom look. Measurements are required within 3 business days of order completion. If you do not send your measurements, your wig order will be defaulted to "Ready to Ship" size (22). Her Mood is not responsible for requested returns or exchanges due to fit. Please allow 14-21 business days for completion of a custom unit. Please note that completion and shipping timeframe is separate.

How Many Bundles Do I Need For a Wig?

 

Lace Closure 2.5-3 bundles

Lace Frontal 2-3 bundles (4 bundles if lengths 28" or longer)

 

Can I Request Add Ons?

If your custom wig is being installed by myself, elastic bands and clips can be added to ensure proper alignment and fit. 

 

Can You Cut The Lace For Me?

Yes, but I do not recommend this as each hairline is different and the lace should be cut on your head, and not the wig canvas block. If you request the lace to be cut, and it does not align with your hairline once installed, you can not request a refund.
