Refunds & Exchanges & Returns
Refunds are negotiable and granted at the discretion of Her Mood Extensions & Wigs.
Sale items, and custom orders (wig, lace items) will not be approved for a refund.
Returns must be approved by Her Mood Extensions & Wigs, please contact us before returning any item. Please be sure to insure your package, because we are not responsible for merchandise we do not receive.
Refunds will not be issued due to negligence of reading the shipping policy and/or description of each product. If you request a chargeback before contacting Her Mood Extensions and Wigs, you forfeit all options of refunds and exchanges.
If a product is not in stock you will receive a refund. There is ONE exception to this policy:
-Exchanges may be granted if a product is not in stock within (24) twenty-four hours. If there is a price difference, you will be responsible for the difference. An invoice will be sent. If the invoice is not paid within (24) twenty-four hours, you will forfeit your exchange.
If an exchange or return is granted, Her Mood will not be responsible for lost packages. It is recommended that you insure your package. Her Mood is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. If items to be exchanged are not received within the time frame of 72 hours, exchange is voided. You are responsible for cost of shipping.
Exchanges are accepted and must be completed with in 72 hours from the time your product has been delivered.
