Her Mood will not grant returns or exchanges on opened packages. All returns or exchanged must be unopened. Removal of tags, unraveling of bundles and hair not in the same state it was sent will not be accepted for exchange or return.

Refunds are negotiable and granted at the discretion of Her Mood Extensions & Wigs. 

 

Sale items, custom orders (wig, lace items), and/or installed will not be approved for a refund. If granted, you may receive a credit towards another Her Mood Extensions and Wigs purchase.

Returns must be approved by Her Mood Extensions & Wigs. Please contact us before returning any item. Please be sure to insure your package, because Her Mood is not responsible for merchandise we do not receive.  

 

Refunds will not be issued due to negligence of reading the shipping policy and/or description of each product. If you request a chargeback before contacting Her Mood Extensions and Wigs, you forfeit all options of refunds and exchanges.  All future orders will be canceled if you request a chargeback before contacting Her Mood. 

If an exchange and/or return is granted, Her Mood will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is recommended that you insure your package.  Her Mood is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. If items to be exchanged/returned are not received within the time frame of 72 hours, exchange is voided. 

Exchanges/returns once accepted must be completed within 72 hours from the time your product has been delivered.
